Fundraising Policies
All donations are spent on board-approved programs and projects.

If you restrict your donation (specify that it is to be spent on a specific program, for instance) we will spend it on that program with the understanding that if the need for such a program or project has been met, or the program cannot be completed for any reason determined by the board, the remaining restricted contributions designated for such program or project will be used where needed most.

Privacy
The Dam does not share personal information with any other organization, under any circumstance. If do not wish to receive newsletters from The Dam, you can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time. You will still receive applicable tax receipts and aknowledgments of donations.
