Bill Crawford Executive Director Bill Crawford is co-founder of The Dam Youth Drop-in. Bill started in ministry with Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship and moved on to working with street youth at Yonge Street Mission’s Evergreen Centre for Street Youth. For the last twelve years, Bill has been developing relationships with youth at-risk in Meadowvale and building up the ministry of The Dam. Bill recently received a Masters in Theological Studies (Youth Ministry) from Wycliffe College, University of Toronto after over ten years of (very) part-time studies. June Paradis Executive Assistant / Donor Relations June stared as a drop-in volunteer in 2000 and worked as the Office Manager from 2003-2004. She volunteered in admin for a bit and then started in her current role in June 2006. June's previous life was as an executive working for the Bank of Montreal.
