Individual Donor Card - This donor card will make it easier for you to make a one-time donation to The Dam or to register as a monthly donor either through a bank withdrawal or a credit card charge.

Print the donor card from the Adobe program, fill it out and send it back to us through the mail for a one-time cheque donation (do not send cash in the mail!) or with a VOID cheque for a monthly bank withdrawal donation. A monthly credit card donation can be mailed or faxed back.
